Germany, together with the European Commission and other EU Member States, ensures that the legal conditions for anti-dumping measures are strict throughout the WTO and that the anti-dumping instrument is not used for social protection purposes. German export-oriented industry is increasingly due to restrictive measures by third and third countries.
